Includes the following additions

• Automatic application of the saved Business ID and server address to the Home, Pro, and Citizenship OA3 configuration files.
• A `/configure` option for `Install_DPK.bat` to deliberately replace saved deployment settings.
• Windows 11 compatibility evaluation for Intel, AMD, and ARM processors.
• SFTP upload retries, per-attempt logs, remote file-listing verification, connection timeouts, and clearer upload failure messages.
• Temporary handling and cleanup of the SFTP private key during report upload.

This update also includes the following changes and fixes

• Processor validation follows the supported Windows 11 CPU handling and no longer permits the legacy 7th-generation Intel Core i7-7820HQ exception.
• TPM handling distinguishes an unsupported or non-TPM-2.0 result from a value that cannot be evaluated. A `PhysicalPresenceVersionInfo` value is not treated as the TPM specification version.
• SFTP host-key informational output is no longer treated as a report-upload failure.
